"After a chat with Sarah Brands on all things life! Including the cost of living and keeping horses in the current economic climate she persuaded me to give Norvite Advanced Vitamins and Minerals a go. Sarah sent me the composition, the transparency impressed me. It is always suspicious when company’s won’t share the ingredients. I have fed Norvite vitamins and minerals in the past, probably around 15 years ago and did have issues with palatability so gave up. But, spurred on by the positive effect this could have on my pocket I decided it was worth a go, although all the time still thinking - it will do for the ponies, probably not good enough for my horses.
In August 2024 I got my first wee tub. My initial reaction was - when did it stop being rust orange coloured!? Clearly things had changed from my last experience of the supplement. I started off with my daughter’s 2 ponies, they gobbled it up! No issues with palatability at all. I am a person who likes a streamlined feed room, with 7 horses at home it is handy if they can be on similar rations, so I bit the bullet and put my precious horses on it too.
Well, I have not looked back, I now buy it in big bulk bags (even more pounds saved). There is nothing not to like about the Norvite vits and mins. Competitively priced and packed full of the good stuff your horse needs to thrive, including quality protein. My horses have wintered really well on it, shiny coats and good muscle bulk. In particular we have had lots of compliments when out and about with our Fell pony Choccy, he is just gleaming. Thank you Norvite!"
